People never talk about the importance of drinking water. Water is very beneficial for so many things.


It's very beneficial that water is added into your daily life because it enhances your natural beauty. Another big benefit of drinking water is its ability to flush your system of toxins. This cleanse keeps your skin clean, pushing out bacteria and reducing the risk of acne and other skin problem. I love water but sometimes I don’t drink enough according to my weight. Water keeps you hydrated and flushes toxins out your body.


Most researchers explain that we should try to drink between half an ounce and an ounce of water for each pound you weigh, every day.” For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, that would be 75 to 150 ounces of water a day.



Always pay attention to your thirst, which is an important cue for dehydration, but remember it can be easy to overlook thirst if you're busy or distracted, so it may not be the most reliable way to stay hydrated.


Get you a nice tumbler cup, yeti cup, or decorative water bottle to help with your water intake. Decorative cups or water cups will help you enjoy drinking more water.
